Sam Buckley Band

Listen before you go

The Sam Buckley Band are a road tested, guitar driven force carrying the flame for modern Australian blues. After cutting teeth with Dreamboogie and Anni Piper, Sam Buckley launched his solo project in 2022, clocking 400+ shows and 140,000+ kilometres up and down the East Coast. The payoff is a live show with real traction: roaring bends, soulful phrasing, and a band that builds momentum like a freight train. His 2024 release The Great Escape dives deep into rhythm and blues traditions with a crisp, contemporary snap, while residencies, festival slots and international press keep widening the wake. Expect songs that breathe, solos that testify, and a crowd that leaves louder than it arrived.
