Frank Sultana, Nathan Beretta and Dan Sullivan first sparked in January 2025 at Sun Studio, Memphis, spending six hours in the room where Elvis, Jerry Lee and Chuck Berry cut history. With Lee Williams (drums) and Heather Crosse (bass) from Clarksdale locking the engine, they tracked their debut Introducing Vintage Sounds In Modern Blues , ten cuts of 1950s R&B fire turned up for today. Back home, a national run with Cameron Smith (drums) and Mike Rix (bass) has turned festival fields electric: tight, soulful and heavy on swagger and songcraft. This is classic tone with modern thunder – sweat, swing and sing back choruses primed for festival nights.
